How you can leverage this service to make money

• Find websites that are making a lot of money while having low authority. These sites are perfect targets to “borrow” keywords and niches from.
• Identify trending topics and create targeted content to make money.
• Identify trends in terms of types of content, website design, and other factors that could give you an edge over your competitors.
• Discover websites for backlink outreach.
• Discover new link-building opportunities by researching competitors’ backlink profiles.
• Find well-performing websites that are under-monetized, which you could purchase and flip. A good example is a site in a high-RPM niche that’s still using Adsense or Ezoic. Buy the site, get it into Mediavine, and flip it after a few months.

1. So, this is what I actually did earlier this year. Filter DA and DR < 20. Traffic > 50k. Advertiser “Ezoic.” I found a site that was in a nice, clean niche, getting about 60k monthly visits, mostly from tier-1 countries. It has a DR of 2(!!) and just a handful of backlinks. I contacted the owner, and turned out the website was only slightly over $500 dollars monthly from Ezoic. Ezoic is a pretty bad display ad network. I asked how much he wanted for the site, negotiated, and, in the end, bought it for $16k. I applied to Mediavine and was accepted in 2 weeks. After a month, the site had around $18 rpm giving me about $1,200 monthly income from ads. I started building backlinks and adding AI articles, and after 6 months, I’m at a $3k monthly profit and growing. Now I can sell the site for around ~$70-90k or wait and build the site further.

2. Filter DA < 30 and DR <15. Advertiser = “Mediavine.” Income >$1,000. The result is 344 domains. Check the sites. Find 4-5 sites in a common niche, let’s say cars/automobiles. Buy an expired domain with strong backlinks. Use SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Ubersuggest to check their organic keywords. Get those sweet low-hanging easy keywords, create a site, and outrank them fast. Build a solid blog, and eventually, get into Mediavine or Adthrive and profit. The keyword research is done for you.

Development Roadmap

• Q1 2023 – Add the Majestic API data. Classify websites by niches/categories. Add more social signals: Twitter, Pinterest, and Reddit.
• Q2 2023 – Get up to ~1 million domain names analyzed. Add affiliate sites and classify them.
• Q3 2023 – Create a proper frontend in React and make the app mobile-friendly.
• Q4 2023 – Track domain trends (is the site’s traffic going up or down?). Option to display the top 1000 organic keywords for every domain.
